M7 Motorway nighttime road and ramp closures in Cecil Park
Update: The M7 Northbound closure contingency dates are now Thursday 22 August and Monday 26 August 2024. The M7 Southbound closure contingency dates are now Tuesday 27, Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 August 2024
There will be changed traffic conditions on the M7 Motorway, Cecil Park at night from Monday 5 August to Friday 30 August 2024 including temporary lane, road and ramp closures along the M7 Motorway between Elizabeth Drive and The Horsley Drive for the Villiers Road bridge girder installation works.
These works will take place between 9pm Monday evening and 5am Friday morning. The closure of the M7 Motorway will take place on the following dates:

M7 Motorway closures will occur in one direction at any given time, whilst all travel lanes will remain operational in the opposite direction. Works occurring outside the above listed dates will require single or dual fast lane closures.
Detours will be via The Horsley Drive, Cowpasture and Wallgrove Roads when the M7 Motorway closures are taking place. This detour route is suitable for Oversize Overmass (OSOM) under notice. Vehicles travelling under a permit must not travel off the approved route listed in their permit unless an updated permit is obtained from the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR).
